 • Reviewing and evaluating tender documents, including general and special conditions and technical specifications, to identify risks and align them with engineering standards and best practices.

  • Evaluating and reviewing submission documents to ensure full compliance with the Ministry of Electricity's and oil sectors requirements, thereby increasing the chances of qualification and award.  

• Preparing and reviewing contractors' inquiries regarding tender documents to ensure clarity of requirements and resolve any technical or contractual ambiguities before bid submission. 

 • Enabling the owner or contractor to make informed negotiation decisions during the award phase, while managing contractual risks according to international best practices.
